The area which I like most with ISTTM is the faculty are very down to earth to listen our feelings. During my graduation there is a feeling of gender bias which I feel shy to share ideas with the opposite gender where as to come with ISTTM due to group activities and presentations I lost that feeling. The way of learning things also changed during graduation I generally wrote exams by mugging in to the text books.
